LIAO, Min-Tzu is currently a Technical Coordinator and Production Coordinator at the National Theater & Concert Hall. She is a highly skilled stage manager and production manager specializing in the field of performance art and entertainment. With 14 years of working experience in both domestic and international production companies, she has stage managed a variety of professional theater productions including: Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Little Shop of Horrors, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella. Proficient in managing and coordinating international co-productions, Min-Tzu possesses a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and adaptive leadership. She is a self-motivated leader with well-organized plans, strong communication skills, and passion in cooperation. Her dedication is to facilitate a nurturing environment for the theater management and to contribute to the establishment of a sustainable theater industry in Taiwan, placing a strong emphasis on EDI (equity, diversity, and inclusion).
