Abstract:

Starting with an introduction to the Taipei Performing Arts Center’s spaces, the lecture walks through the nine departments inside the organization, emphasizing how cross-departmental communication and coordination are essential to programming and execution. Drawing on several past international productions at TPAC, the talk shows how each project faced its own operational challenges that could not be solved by a single standard operating procedure.
