Overview:

The Department of Drama and Theatre, National Taiwan University, welcomed visiting faculty and students from the School of Drama, Korea National University of Arts. The visit included a tour of the University Players Theatre and related teaching spaces, together with an introduction to the department’s curriculum, teaching characteristics, and productions over the years; students also shared their learning and performance achievements in acting, directing, design, and theatre technology. During the exchange, faculty and students from both sides discussed and compared creative-training methods, on-campus production processes, future career environments, and contemporary trends in theatre, deepening their mutual understanding of theatre-making and pedagogy across different cultural contexts and opening up possibilities for continued exchange and collaboration.
